VI Adjusters is an independent loss adjusting, claims and risk management firm operating throughout the Caribbean region.
The firm’s main goal is facilitating a comprehensive loss adjusting service in support of regional and international insurers/brokers/agents and Lloyd’s Underwriters with a focus on supporting our clients’ major losses and post-event CAT responses.

Our team encompasses experienced senior adjusters with extensive international claims
management experience. Each member of the team possesses a broad range of skill sets allowing
them to quickly adapt to the demand of changing situations and environmental challenges.The team is keen to develop our client relationships based on the communication of mutually beneficial goals and objectives.
CAT
Our team specializes in dealing with CAT events and has many years of experience in dealing with such events in Europe, Asia, South America and the Caribbean.
Our generic CAT plan can be provided upon request and may be tailored to specific client requirements.
We are associated with a renowned global adjusting network which includes some of the leading independent adjusting firms who can provide additional adjusting resources when required.
We are also associated with a Caribbean firm of surveyors, architects and engineers who provide support when the size or complexity of a claim dictates that external resources are required. Drone surveying services can also be provided.
In addition, we know and work with leading international firms of forensic engineers and accountants, involving them when the situation requires, upon agreement with our clients.
Fees
For non-CAT assignments our fees are charged on a time and expense basis. When dealing with CAT assignments our fees are charged on a scale fee basis with an uplift to cover general expenses.

Claims Management System
We use a custom claims management system that has been specifically developed for use by the loss adjusting profession and is of particular benefit when managing CAT response.
Our online claims management system that supports the requirements of the Lloyd’s Market, producing bordereaux in the required format. Client access can be facilitated, allowing stakeholders to check claim handling status and performance metrics in real time.
